You MUST be at least 16 years of age to join. Members Under the age of 18 must inform the Chief Director by in-game mail of this fact immediately upon joining.

Minimum levels MUST be 5/5/5

We will not accept players that are or intend to be Pirates or Privateers or run alts in these roles. (NB): This refers to actual roles not job titles.

We are primarily an English company and accept English toons. However, in certain circumstances, we accept that there may be a time when you need to defect to another nation for reasons such as being a Shipwright. A period of 3 months clemency will be granted for you to return to the English nation. Should you wish to do this, you MUST notify a Senior officer prior to your defection.

Members must remain active. We primarily look for those who spend at least 12 hours per week in the game. Members may be removed from the company after 4 days inactivity. (NB) You are expected to notify one of the Senior Officers if you need to be inactive for a period of time in excess of 4 days.

When you log in, make your presence known in Company Chat, do not just sit on the sidelines or you may be mistaken for being inactive.

As we accept members under adult age, the use of any Adult language or behaviour deemed inappropriate within Company chat is not acceptable and will result in your removal from the company and/or a report of this violation to the appropriate authority.

Company chat channel is available for all members to ask questions and/or requests for assistance, so that the best qualified member can assist you and other members can learn from answers given. If a game related question is asked via company chat you are asked to refrain from answering unless you are certain your answer is correct. Please note that you can check most things via the three Game Assist websites we have listed.

Private messages to Senior officers is restricted only to those times when the message is of a private or sensitive nature  and cannot for this reason be said via Company chat channel.

All members are expected to make all 4 deliveries each period to the Admin Office. Any Alt you have in the company must also make their 4 deliveries each period. You can use any main city for this purpose. See Deliveries page for details.

The Company Crest is the Red Rose. It is available for purchase in Stockholm and MUST be flying on your sails at all times. We would further recommend your Aide ship sails with one too.

Any prize or gift obtained from the company must be used by your toon in the company, not on an alt outside the company.

The company arena is expected to be a place of enjoyment for all. Though we strive to solve any issues amicably, the company reserves the right to expel any member for what it considers to be a valid reason at anytime without notice and notify the game authorities should it be deemed a case of game rule violation.

Although, at present, we are happy to allow you to have an alt within the company, as we fill up to our maximum members, alts maybe asked to vacate to our sister company, Mirror_Navy in London,  in the future.

All members are responsible for reading the latest Signals when posted. The company will not be responsible for your failure to do so
