Grand Cayman is the national colony of England. Many important recipes are only available to be made by talking to an NPC at Grand Cayman. But the town must have a certain amount of development in 3 different areas for these recipes to be available to us. Ship parts and furniture are just some of the important recipes we need to access there.

There are 3 types of development Grand Cayman needs to grow and maintain its development. If any of these 3 types fall below 40k, these recipes will not be available to us.

The chart below lists the 3 types and what items the city will accept to add to that development type.
